Assure maintenance and seek improvement of daily operations, including associate management,  business and clinical functions, facility maintenance, patient relations and physician business. To work with the Oncology Service Line leaders, physician leaders in Oncology to enhance the cancer care provided to patients at the Alvin & Louis Lapidus Cancer Institute.   REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor's in Nursing required. Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred. 5 years experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in outpatient oncology operations. Position requires experience in managing departments.
