VP Customer Success Location : United States - Must be based on the East Coast Remote based working Henderson Scott are currently partnered with one of the largest Pre-IPO Identity / Cloud vendors in the market who are looking to hire their first VP of Customer Success for the US. You will be required to manage a team of 30 individuals consisting of Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services and Technical Support. These teams are mainly based in the US, however you will be responsible for the teams in APAC, EMEA and Israel also.They have a great footprint in the market already ; currently recognised as the 5th fastest growing company in North America and one of the 10 Most Innovative Security Companies and are looking for someone to scale the whole professional services departments.Responsibilities:- 10 + years experience enhancing customer engagement using satisfaction strategies in a customer experience or customer success position. At least 4 years management experience. - Strong knowledge in the security arena, Identity and cloud security is a huge benefit.- Good experience of managing teams in the US, with the willingness to manage global teams. - Ability to establish KPI's. - Implement systems to gather, analyse, and act on customer feedback to improve products and services.- Ability to Design and optimise the end-to-end customer journey.- Handle customer escalations and crises effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast paced, fast growth business, and achieve huge things in your career.
