In this role, you will: Coordinate and lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, and patient experience programs. Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to develop and implement evidence-based performance improvement strategies. Oversee compliance with The Joint Commission, California Department of Public Health, CMS, and other regulatory agencies. Facilitate peer review processes and assist departments in analyzing trends and creating action plans. Monitor quality metrics, ensure accurate reporting, and guide teams toward achieving measurable goals. Support and educate staff and leaders on best practices in quality and safety.
