You'll be in the mix: shaping go-to-market plans, getting products into customers' hands, and making sure everyone has what they need to shine.What You'll Be Doing End-to-End Product Launch ManagementYou'll lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring all teams (product, marketing, sales, ops) are aligned and on track. This includes everything from timelines and deliverables to tracking and adjusting the execution as needed.Cross-functional CoordinationCollaboration is key! You'll be the glue that holds together multiple teams"”working with product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness. You'll manage inter-team communication and help facilitate decisions on marketing campaigns, product positioning, and distributionSales EnablementYou'll own the toolkit that empowers sales team to tell the product story: think sell-in decks, launch briefs, one-pagers, training docs, and FAQs. You'll also lead internal rollouts and make sure our teams feel confident and ready.Market & Competitive Insight Keep a pulse on category trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior. You'll gather insights to support launches, refine positioning, and help the team stay ahead of the curve.Support Portfolio Renovation, Pack Changes, and Geographic Rollouts:This includes managing packaging changes, renovations, and expanding product availability into new geographic markets"”ensuring these initiatives are executed smoothly and aligned with the broader GTM strategy.Post-Launch Performance & OptimizationAfter launch, your work is not done.
