The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service and support to current investors and partners in business by serving as a single point of contact, receiving and processing incoming communications (i.e. mail, email and calls) providing product updates, and answering client inquiries in a prescribed timeframe.Identify, investigate and resolve potential client issues in an efficient and professional manner.Generate and distribute information packages and annual documentation pertaining to client investmentsMaintain client information database, correcting any data inconsistencies.Provide support and assist with requests from internal departments, sales teams and our partners in business.Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, dealing with multiple inquiries.Quality control (QC) of all outbound correspondence via phone, written or email communication.Provide updates to investors and business partners regarding their Walton holdings.QualificationsPreferred postsecondary education either in the form of a degree or college diploma or equivalent work experience.A minimum of 2-3 years of client services experience at a banking or financial institution, brokerage orExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage tight and changing priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and financial literacy.Experience with financial reportingWilling to take on challenges and posses a positive and proactive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and coordinating skillsWhy WaltonCompetitive pay and benefitsOpportunities to grow and develop skills in multiple disciplines.Fun, energetic co-workers who share the same core values and strategies.Join our team of passionate, energetic and inspired staff.
