One of our large General Contractor Firm clients is seeking a full-time permanent Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join their growing team in Madison, WI. This role will be fully onsite 5 days a week and training will be provided. Responsibilities **Assisting with tracking opportunities and developing strategies to capture work in competitive markets; creating persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for RFPs (Request for Proposals) for current construction and general contracting projectsCommunicating and maintaining client and project data for assigned projectsLeveraging creative thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills to consistently meet project deadlines and engage in continuous improvement opportunitiesWorking cross-functionally with internal team members for networking events and promotional materialsCoordinating elements of strategy development, messaging, formatting, proofreading, coordination with graphics, editing/review, compliance, brand adherence, and efficient and timely production for RFPsUpdating and maintaining social media platforms and coordinating with internal teams on ongoing social media initiativesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field of study2 years of prior marketing and social media work experiencePrior experience with RFPs or supporting projects for Construction, General Contracting, Engineering Services or related industriesSalary * $60,000-$70,000 (flexible based on qualifications)* Monday-Friday, 8:00** (fully onsite position)Hiring ***** Full-time, permanent opportunityBenefits ***** Competitive Plans for Insurance, Retirement, PTO, Leave, Commuter Benefits, Professional Development as well as Income Protection.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
