We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and branded content across all channels. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of strategy, content, digital product management, and vendor coordination, making it an essential driver of cross-functional alignment and brand consistency.The ideal candidate thrives in both strategic thinking and operational detail, has a deep understanding of digital marketing and DTC environments, and excels at keeping multiple moving parts aligned on tight deadlines. You'll work closely with internal leadership and external vendors to bring campaigns, product launches, and branded content to life with clarity, precision, and impact.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Calendar ManagementOwn and maintain the master marketing and content calendar across all platforms (social, website/app, Vimeo, email, etc.)Plan and coordinate launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and retention initiativesWork closely with leadership to ensure that all content and campaigns reflect the brand vision, values, and growth prioritiesContent Oversight & Creative CollaborationProvide creative direction to social and content teams, guiding the production of engaging, brand-aligned visuals and messaging.Coordinate new content development by identifying needs and briefing internal or external creative partners.Manage and maintain digital asset libraries including photo, video, product imagery, and branded templates.Email Marketing & Vendor CoordinationOversee email marketing strategy, including segmentation, scheduling, and testing (execution handled by external vendors).Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and email builders to ensure campaigns are executed on time and in brand voice.Align email content with promotional timelines, product launches, and retention efforts.Coordinate the creation and maintenance of campaign landing pages, ensuring they are aligned with promotions, content strategy, and conversion goals.Cross-Functional Project Management & PartnershipsWork cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, creative deliverables, and campaign execution.Support partner campaign development, including timelines, asset coordination, and integrated messaging.Collaborate with advertising vendors on paid campaign strategy, creative briefing, and launch timelines.Oversee the planning and publishing of landing pages across web and email campaigns, ensuring functionality, branding, and marketing alignment.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in marketing, content operations, or project management, preferably within a DTC or digital-first brand.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and cross-functional teams.Deep familiarity with email marketing strategy, campaign development, and content execution workflows.Confident in managing creative processes and providing direction that aligns with brand strategy.Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as MailChimp, Shopify, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and project management platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Background in content marketing, brand strategy, or digital product management.Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP
