Visit our Instagram at @velvetcaviar and our website, to gain a clearer understanding of the brand and its product line.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Creative Director in planning, managing and delivering creative projects from concept to completion.Provide on-site and remote support during shoots, events, or other creative productions.Source and organize production materials (equipment, props, product samples)Manage the production + launch deliverables schedule for Creative TeamManage and track marketing samples from the product team for shoots and UGC CreatorsOrganize and maintain project files, creative assets, and documentation.Manage and oversee third-party content creator project deliverablesGenerate expense reports, tracking budgets, and other administrative dutiesAssist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts and ideas.Research trends, references, and materials to support the Creative Directors vision.Qualifications1-2 yrs experience in a production or creative environment.Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience managing Project Management Software (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.Passion for creative projects and a keen eye for detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Velvet Caviar is an equal-opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.
