You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance our brand reputation, manage media relations, and drive positive public engagement. This role requires a creative and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of media landscapesKey *Campaign * Assist in the development and execution of integrated PR strategy and campaigns that align with business objectives and elevate the brand's reputation.Content * Collaborate with internal teams (Integrated Marketing Communication, Social, Influencer, Media Buy, etc.) to create and distribute engaging content, including press release, media alerts, brand book, media Q&A and story pitches tailored to diverse audiences and media outlets.Media * Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists in the US to generate press coverage.Media * Track and analyze media coverage, reporting on PR campaign performance and suggesting areas for improvement.Event * Assist with the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and industry conferences.*3-5 years of experience in public relations, ideally with experience in the US market of consumer electronics.Strong knowledge of major US media in technology, lifestyle, and smart home sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.Familiarity with PR tools and software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, etc.) and basic media monitoring tools.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including integrated Marketing Communication, Social, Influencer, Media Buy, etc.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.What We **Competitive salary and benefits package.Paid HolidaysPaid time Off - up to 15 Days401(k) and company matchEmployee Assistant ProgramGovee is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
