Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesWe're on the hunt for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Digital Strategist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a passion for performance marketing, and is ready to lead sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns that drive real business results.As our Senior Digital Strategist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel digital campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Meta and Programmatic (via StackAdapt), all while keeping a sharp eye on lead generation, business goals, and data storytelling. You'll work closely with internal teams across accounts, creative, and tech to ensure that every campaign not only performs but connects meaningfully with its audience.Note: This role is strategy-focused and does not include design responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Meta, Programmatic, and other key channelsManage and optimize paid media campaigns using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and StackAdaptOversee campaign performance, translating data into meaningful insights tied to business objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between media, creative, and overall marketing goalsProvide reporting and analytics, delivering insights that tell a clear story using GA4 and other analytics toolsBuild and manage email nurture strategies and e-blasts, focused on lead generation and D2C successStay agile"”able to pivot quickly and confidently in response to real-time data or evolving client needsGuide internal teams through campaign recommendations, optimizations, and performance reportingLead cross-functional teams with confidence, providing mentorship to junior team members and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.Monitor and analyze industry trends to develop both short-term initiatives and long-term strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation.Experience and Skills RequiredMust-Haves:10+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency or fast-paced equivalentProven track record managing multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on Meta and Programmatic (StackAdapt experience strongly preferred)Deep familiarity with Meta Business Suite, including Ads Manager, Events Manager, Conversion API, and lead generation formsExpertise in reporting and analytics"”comfortable using GA4 and building business-relevant narratives from campaign dataDemonstrated experience with lead generation campaigns, especially in a D2C contextStrategic thinking around email nurture and blast campaigns as part of a larger digital ecosystemHands-on expertise in A/B testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a compelling, strategic narrative.A natural collaborator who works well across teams and thrives in fast-moving environmentsComfortable adapting quickly and making data-informed decisions on the flyNice-to-Haves:Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search and PMAX)Foundational SEO knowledgeBasic familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ability to troubleshoot tracking issuesCompensation:Competitive salaryPaid time offEmployer-paid health insurance benefits401K plan with Employer-matched contributionsWheelhouse 20/20 is an equal opportunity employer
