Let us help you achieve your career dreams.Job Title: Digital Marketing Director Type of Role: ContractExpected Length of Contract: 6 MonthsShift / Hours: Full TimeLocation: Grapevine, TXHourly Range: $45-$55/hourAbout the Job:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to be our hands-on expert in all things digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Director will define vision, strategy, and execute digital initiatives. The Digital Marketing Director will analyze current sales and market trends and translate these into tangible ad campaigns to help the business deliver the maximum return on digital advertising investment. Role and Responsibilities will include:Own and manage paid search, paid social, display and organic search programs - from strategy to day-to-day execution Manage Paid Advertising campaigns for multiple brands Routinely evaluate current analytics and make decisions that will result in key optimizations for more refined campaign performance Build new campaigns Track the performance of current ads and campaigns and report on their performance over time Write new ad copy Create and monitor ongoing A/B testing Manage landing page layout and content, working with Technology to implement changes as necessary Work with Technology to develop and continuously improve the handoff process of leads to the sales team Serve as the Website Product Manager Articulate Digital vision and translate details into clearly understandable projects and timelines Work with key stakeholders and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities in order to develop long term strategy Direct Blog strategy by managing meetings, defining and approving topics, defining target SEO keywords, and tracking implementation Skills and Experience:Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years' experience managing AdWords and other PPC campaigns 4+ years' experience managing SEM/SEO strategy Strong foundation in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Optimize Strong understanding of and desire to keep up with search engine marketing industry, paid social, display and retargeting, and best practices across these channels Strong understanding of web technology (browsers, cookies, HTML) Basic understanding of web development Experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS Perks and Benefits:While working as a Balance Staffing Associate, you will be able to take advantage of weekly pay, optional medical benefits, paid sick leave, and state-specific retirement saving options in accordance with state or local law.About the Company:Our client is an innovative company in the automotive safety industry.
