Influencer Marketing Specialist (Influencer & KOL Partnership Manager -TikTok Focus)**Midtown Manhattan NYReports ** DTC Offline General ManagerPosition OverviewIn a fast-paced environment where influencer marketing and livestream e-commerce are key growth drivers, this role will take full ownership of our TikTok influencer ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with creators, driving high-converting livestream collaborations, and delivering consistent video content output. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of influencer tiers, platform trends, and livestream dynamics, with a proven ability to turn creators into high-performing brand partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lifecycle of TikTok KOL partnerships, including outreach, vetting, onboarding, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.Drive the execution of livestream commerce collaborations, including scheduling, product matching, campaign briefing, and performance review.Oversee multi-tier influencer mapping (macro/mid/small creators), and develop differentiated strategies for each segment to maximize ROI.Build and maintain an internal influencer CRM/database with performance benchmarks and cooperation history.Coordinate internal cross-functional support (e.g., product, creative, operations) to ensure timely delivery of samples, contracts, and livestream support.Lead influencer content planning across both paid and organic formats, focusing on short video output to support product seeding, unboxing, and trend campaigns.Track livestream KPIs (viewership, conversion rate, GMV, retention), and conduct regular performance reviews with creators and internal teams.Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, content usage rights, and payment processing.Qualifications & Requirements2+ years of experience in TikTok channel, omnichannel marketing, preferably in fashion, or consumer goods industries.Deeply familiar with TikTok content formats, livestream e-commerce models, and platform best practices.Passionate about creator culture, social commerce, and data-driven influencer management.Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.Experienced in building scalable influencer systems and performance-focused partnership models.A confident communicator, able to engage and negotiate with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.Comfortable working in a bilingual (Chinese/English) and cross-border team environment is a strong plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a growth-driven mindset.
