Position OverviewStack Asset Management is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist with deep experience in venture capital to lead our investor engagement and fundraising initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, endowments and foundations, as well as other institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital fundraising, a proven ability to communicate complex investment strategies, and expertise in investor intelligence platforms like Affinity and Preqin. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Engagement & Capital Raising: Develop and execute a strategic plan for engaging new investors and strengthening relationships with existing LPs, with a focus on corporates; family offices, high-net-worth investors, endowments, and foundations.Fundraising Strategy: Drive capital-raising efforts by identifying and targeting investors aligned with the firm's investment thesis. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize outreach and engagement. Investor Communication: Develop compelling investor materials, including pitch decks, quarterly reports, performance updates, and newsletters. Ensure transparency and consistency in all investor communications.Market Research & Database Management: Utilize Affinity and Preqin to track investor activity, identify new prospects, and optimize fundraising strategies. Provide insights into market trends and investor behavior.Due Diligence & Compliance: Manage investor onboarding, due diligence requests, and compliance-related reporting.Event Management & Networking: Plan and execute investor roadshows, private events, and one-on-one meetings to foster deeper relationships with key capital partners.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 7+ years of investor relations or capital raising experience within venture capital. Experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management is a plus.Network & Relationships: A strong network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, endowments, and foundations is a significant advantage.Technical Expertise: Must be proficient in Affinity and Preqin for investor tracking, pipeline management, and market research.Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret financial and market data to refine investor outreach strategies.Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver persuasive investment narratives to institutional and private investors.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
