Youll find yourself valued, supported, and empowered to serve both our members and the communities we call home.The Market Research Analyst conducts member research, analyzes member preferences and performs competitive research. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting market and member research data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-taskAbility to collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Formulate ideas and recommendations.Strong communication and presentation skills***** Must be a U.S. CitizenBS in marketing, mathematics/statistics or related field2-5 years of experience in marketing, market research or data analysisFinancial services and/or credit union experience preferredProven Market Research Analysis experience Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
