JOB OVERVIEW:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager, Events & Strategic Programs to lead our event presence and drive key growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and supporting our sales efforts through strategic event planning and the development and execution of impactful marketing programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Event Management: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of major industry tradeshows (e.g., Printing United, National Postal Forum, InkJet Summit), customer events (e.g., Customer Advisory Council, Sortation Summit, Innovation Summit), and internal employee events (e.g., BlueCrest Annual Kick-Off).Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure accurate and effective product showcasing at all events.Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.Measure and analyze event performance to optimize future events.Manage all event related marketing materials.Develop and implement a comprehensive lead capture and management process for all trade shows and events.Ensure timely and accurate entry of leads into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper lead routing and follow-up.Strategic Program Development & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.Oversee database development and management initiatives to enhance lead generation and customer segmentation.Develop and manage partner program initiatives to strengthen strategic alliances.Support rebrand initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Create and implement demand generation campaigns to capture RFIs and drive leads.Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and programs to empower the sales team.Contribute to the buildout of branding initiatives.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work with Product Line Management to deeply understand the customer segments and their specific needs, ensuring that the product and its features are aligned with what matters most to customers.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create customer-focused sales enablement tools, such as case studies, customer testimonials, product datasheets, and training materials.Align product launches with broader company marketing initiatives, ensuring that messaging is consistent and customer-centric across departments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of events and programs.Provide regular reports and insights to management.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in event management and marketing program development.Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and marketing programs.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
