The Head of Delivery will ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently, meet the highest quality standards, and exceed client expectations by empowering teams, providing mentorship, and actively managing team dynamics.The Head of Delivery will serve as a key advocate for both clients and team members,positioning the organization as a trusted partner by driving the development of innovativepractices and creating a work environment that attracts and retains top talent. The primary focusfor this role will be building and scaling delivery teams, managing performance, andcontinuously improving team processes to achieve the company's goals.The ideal candidate will have expertise in ecommerce marketing, with exceptional leadershipcapabilities and a proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams. This rolewill report to the CEO/Founder and collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Sales,Finance, Marketing, and People teams to ensure alignment and growth.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic LeadershipCollaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to identify new market opportunities,expand service offerings, and ensure Human remains at the forefront of ecommerce marketing and consulting.Develop and execute the delivery strategy aligned with the organization's vision andgrowth objectives.Partner with the leadership team to set annual and quarterly business goals.Contribute to strategic planning and operational decision-making as part of the seniorleadership team.Operational OversightContinuously evolve and innovate delivery methodologies to align with emerging trendsin ecommerce marketing].Create frameworks and playbooks to streamline service delivery, ensuring repeatable,high-quality outcomes across engagements.Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.Oversee the P&L for the delivery function, ensuring profitability across all engagements.Monitor and manage costs, budgets, and resource allocations to optimize margins.Drive financial accountability within delivery teams, balancing client satisfaction with cost efficiency.Analyze financial performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead and mentor delivery leads to foster growth- and QA-focused mindsets among the department.Identify and groom future leaders within the delivery organization, ensuring successionplanning and long-term team stability.Recruit and develop a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to meet business goals.Provide regular coaching and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Client Engagement and SatisfactionServe as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Human as an indispensable partnerin achieving their goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and long-term objectives.Ensure client feedback is incorporated into new service offerings and service delivery improvements.Performance Monitoring and ReportingEstablish and track KPIs for delivery operations and profitability.Report regularly to the executive team on project performance, risks, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction.Implement a feedback loop to capture lessons learned and improve service delivery processes.REQUIREMENTS10+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing with experience managing multiple teams.Experience working in or with startups, particularly those in high-growth phases, is highly desirable.Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting projects with profitable outcomes.Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.Outstanding relationship management and client engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and act on P&L statements.Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a wide audience internally and externally to clients.Domain expertise and knowledge of core performance marketing channels
