About TuMekeFactory safety practices haven't changed since the 50s -- and it shows. Despite automation technology and advances in global supply chain management, worker injury costs have increased annually and the largest fraction of injury still comes from material handling and assembly tasks. At TuMeke we're leveraging automation to keep factories safe and cut down on injury rates. Our first product uses AI and computer vision to perform safety inspections on factory workstations automatically. To support this mission, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments and love experimenting with data-driven marketing to fuel growth, we want to hear from you!What'll You DoDemand Generation - Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, ABM, SEO, content, email, events) to build qualified pipelinePerformance Marketing - Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to build brand awareness and cost-effective inbound engagementProduct-Led Growth - Implement strategies to increase free trials and product adoptionConversion Optimization - Optimize website, landing pages, and nurturing flows to maximize conversionsContent & Thought Leadership - Collaborate with customer success and evangelists to develop and promote case studies, blog posts, and webinarsMarketing Automation & CRM - Leverage HubSpot to automate email workflows, segment audiences, and track campaign performanceAnalytics & Reporting - Continuously analyze marketing performance, report on KPIs, and monitor conversion rates and each stage of the sales processAbout You5+ years of experience in a growth, demand, or digital marketing role at a B2B SaaS company, preferably early-stageHands-on proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software (Hubspot), as well as other platforms for campaign execution and analysis (Webflow, Zoom Webinar, SEMrush, etc.)Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)Ability to craft compelling messaging and campaigns tailored to enterprise buyers, safety managers, HR leaders, and operations executivesExperience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and personalized outbound strategies is a plusSkilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across functions, and maintaining focus on objectivesSelf-driven with a propensity to get stuff done.
