Who You Are:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to join our Consumer Marketing team.This role sits within the Global CRM team which oversees database growth, customer retention, and the KorsVIP loyalty program. As a Specialist, Global CRM & Loyalty, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value.You will be directly supporting activities in North America as well as working on global strategies, supporting our regional partners in Asia & Europe. You will have the opportunities to work cross-functionally with exposure across the retail & digital space. Business partners include but are not limited to Creative Services, Legal, Ecommerce, Store Comms, Store Operations, Customer Analytics, IT, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Clienteling and email teams.What You'll Do: Campaign Delivery/ManagementManage a comprehensive campaign calendar to ensure timely execution of all CRM activities suggesting innovative ideas for new campaigns where appropriateLead the end-to-end execution of multichannel campaigns, including email triggers, SMS, and direct mail, working closely with creative teams for campaign briefs and deployment.Analyze campaign performance through reporting, recaps, and insights to inform future strategies and optimize outcomes.Conduct A/B testing and implement a "Test & Learn" approach to refine campaigns and drive better results over time.Lifecycle MarketingIdentify new opportunities for creating and optimizing automated lifecycle programs to engage customers at each stage of their journey.Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, creative, and data to build integrated cross-channel lifecycle initiatives that drive customer retention and engagement.Focus on improving the overall customer experience by leveraging CRM tools to deliver personalized and relevant messaging across multiple channels.Loyalty Program ManagementIntegrate and align loyalty programs with day-to-day operations (BAU), ensuring seamless execution and consistent communication with customers.Support on key loyalty projects, including program enhancements & new feature rollouts & international expansion.Continuously assess and identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness and customer satisfaction of loyalty programs.Database GrowthCollaborate with regional partners to develop and implement strategies for growing and maintaining the customer database.Utilize data-driven insights to improve database segmentation, targeting, and engagement, increasing the value of customer interactions.Focus on ensuring data integrity, maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer records for better campaign targeting and personalized communications.Grow database and drive engagement cross functionally through referral programYou'll Need to Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent2-3 years of experience in retention marketing or CRM, with a proven track record of driving resultsExperience with CRM platforms, email & SMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, such as Attentive, Bluecore, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.
