You'll own sales and marketing strategy, build the systems, test and scale channels, and lead the charge to double revenue. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growing, healthy business and make a huge impact"”while building the foundation for a future marketing and sales team.Develop and execute a sales + marketing growth plan that doubles revenue in 2 yearsBuild lead generation funnels, marketing campaigns, and outbound sales systemsManage content strategy, email flows, and paid ads (with agency or team support)Refine our positioning and messaging across platformsImplement and optimize CRM, lead tracking, and reporting toolsTest new ***** paid, organic, referral, affiliate, B2B outreachIdentify and nurture strategic partnershipsBuild and lead a lean, high-performance growth team over timeCollaborate with the founder to reduce day-to-day sales dependencyTrack KPIs and report monthly on progress, insights, and roadblocksWho You AreYou're a builder with vision.
