My client is the luxury space is looking for an Advertising/Paid Media Assistant for an ongoing contract mid April through mid September. This role would be 40 hours a week onsite in their NYC based office. The role can pay $25/hr.MAIN PURPOSEAssist with Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Media with day-to-day duties to ensure the smooth implementation and reporting of cross-channel (co-op, national, digital, and social) media plans. Through the course of the tenure, the person in this position will gain a deep understanding of and help impact the strategizing, planning, and implementation for the North American media market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the management and reporting of the key media plans for IWC North AmericaWork closely with Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Media dailyAttend and take notes during relevant agency, HQ, and co-op partner meetingsReview, update, and store media plans (national, co-op, Canada) to ensure real-time accuracy and cross-platform alignmentAssist in interfacing with external and internal stakeholders to ensure clear, accurateEnsure co-op and Canada plan details are entered into Bumblebee, Richemont's media tracking toolAssist in processing co-op invoices in Bumblebee in a timely mannerUpdate plans across platforms when changes have been madeAssist in asset creation for cross-channel media buysReview key media buys and ensure campaign asset requests are entered in an accurate and timely mannerReview, track, and sometimes enter orders into BrandNet, IWC's campaign creation platformLiaison with HQ creative center to track creation and delivery of assets and troubleshoot any issues/roadblocksAssist in key marketing campaign communications Work with external partners to ensure marketing assets are up-to-date and deployed across digital platformsKeep track of and report IWC's visibility across partner platformsEnsure high IWC presence on partner social media platforms through consistent and timely communication with partners
