Social Media Marketing Associate

Job **- Maintain Chic Souls social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok- Scheduling and posting on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok)- Utilize the latest social media trends and be able to apply those to content creation- Edit video and audio content using editing software.- Develop fresh and original ad concepts - create engaging, UGC, owner selfies, trending compilations, and viral ads that speak directly to brand- Going Live weekly on multiple social media platforms and creating engaging concepts- Maintain a fast turnaround on video edits to meet short deadlines and keep up with the fast-paced nature of social media.- Keep ads relevant by leveraging trending audio, formats, and cultural moments while focusing on local market engagement.- Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.- Develop and execute creative strategies for marketing campaigns, branding, and content initiatives.- Collaborate with the buying team, production team, and marketing team to produce engaging and high-performing creative assets that align with brand objectives and campaigns.- Optimize campaign performance using data insights, A/B testing, and analytics.- Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership.**- Experience in short form video content creation (filming and editing)- Experience with posting, scheduling, and maintaining a content schedule for Facebook, Instagram, and/or Tik Tok- Experience with Google and Microsoft Suite applications- Educational background in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations
