This is an extremely unique opportunity to join the founding team of a startup and really build something with great people.Who is this Opportunity for?You are dynamic, hungry and looking to join a startup. As a founding growth hire you will be responsible to go our and scale a vertical to millions in ARR. Think lead generation, conversion, and closing. You are comfortable taking ownership of strategy, sales execution and talking to C suite. You are a self starter with charisma and even a little something to prove.About **You have 2+ years of experience in consulting or venture capitalor 2+ years of experience in sales, growth/gtm or business development in tech or startupsBased in NYCBachelor's degree from a four-year universityVery sociable and outgoing - you love talking to people and meeting new peopleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsCharismatic and dynamic - you can command a room or a zoom callIntelligent! Smart! Clever! You like solving difficult problemsThrives in a fast-paced startup environment and adapts to changing circumstancesHungry - Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processesKey *You will be responsible for scaling business verticals, securing business through warm introductions, partnerships, business development and relationship buildingPhone calls, zoom chats, coffee chats, dinners, and networking events to help grow business and bring in revenueDrive lead generation for a fast growing B2B startupDesign, execute and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-endSolve complex business problems and build sales and growth processesSolve complex business problems and build process for go-to-market needsWork directly with CEO and co-founders to bring in revenueExude confidence and ambitionLearn pain points clients face to position With Coverage as the solutionAbility to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy****$120K-$170K base, $200K+ OTEcommission, bonuses + equity packagesHybrid in NYC.
