By combining our technical expertise, exceptional customer service and unparalleled access to biological specimens, BioIVT serves the research community as a trusted partner in elevating science.SummaryThe Product Marketing specialist works closely with the Marketing Program Manager and subject matter experts to provide support for channel marketing activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, implementation, and management of the tactical marketing activities (e.g., email, social, digital adv., literature, etc.).Support the creation of materials related to marketing projects including product launches, content offers, web updates, blogs, email campaigns, and other special projects.Assist with designing templates including email, direct mail (post-cards / flyers), and targeted campaigns.Assist in event preparation including tradeshows, customer trips, employee conferences.Provide general administrative support for marketing campaigns and ad hoc projects as needed.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field1-3 years' experience developing and implementing a wide range of marketing plans (preferably in the life science industry)Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot preferred.Experience with a CRM, preferably SalesforceFunctional knowledge of and passion for digital demand generation and content marketingDemonstrated excellence in both written and oral communication skills.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time pressure with minimal supervision.Proficient in programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong collaboration, time management, organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility and willingness to travel (up to 10%) as necessary, including overnight business trips.We offer a comprehensive benefit package for eligible team members, including medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, hospital indemnity and accident insurance.
