Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Manager (PIM/MDM)) to join our team and lead Product Information, Master Data, and E-Commerce Content initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and quality of product and business information across our Website, ERP, CRM, and PIM systems. You will partner with key departments"”including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance"”to drive product information excellence and support business objectives.The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and experienced in managing large-scale product and business information/data initiatives. Your work will directly impact our ability to increase sales and accelerate digital content management initiatives.Duties / Responsibilities:Build and maintain content and data standards, data models, and governance practices for key data domains, including product information, customer information, and product fitment/application contentWork cross-functionally to standardize product categorization and customer segmentation.Identify and manage external resources and vendors to support content collection, development, and data management activities as needed. Serve as a key point of contact for master content data issues and initiatives, driving continuous improvement in product information governance and quality.Ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness through regular audits, data cleansing, and quality control processes.Lead stewardship activities, including ownership assignments and issue resolution.Manage master data lifecycle processes (create, read, update, delete) in alignment with business rules and compliance requirements.Product management/ownership of MDM tools and technology solutions.Provide training and guidance on product information and master data standards and best practices to data stewards and end-users.Monitor data quality and governance KPIs, and report findings to leadership.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes and capabilities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Product Information Management, Marketing Content, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles.Experience with e-commerce product merchandising and content initiatives.Proven track record of managing product information and master data in complex organizations or industries.Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and MDM/PIM tools (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle, etc.).Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and data integration processes.Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Experience leading omnichannel product information syndication for e-commerce businesses.Certification in Master Data Management (e.g., CDMP, MDM Institute, or related certification). Experience with advanced data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL). Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, specifically with product fitment/application data. Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
