Magazine, listed as one of the Top 50 Women-Owned Businesses in Florida twice and ranked 7 times on the Inc. 5000 list of Americas fastest growing private companies.Our Accounts Receivable and Chargeback Specialist would be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate customer records. Processing customer credit cards and handling customer deposits for prepaid and custom orders. You would also manage credit card disputes, analyze claims, and communicate with customers and financial institutions. Knowledge of logistics and routing procedures will be considered as a premium skill set.Skills and Character Traits *****Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in QuickBooks (Manufacturing & Wholesale) accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of accounting principles and fair credit prehension skills for reading and implementing Vendor Procedure ManualsAbility to multitask and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Wellness Program (yoga and functional training) and 401k
