At least 8-10 years' experience in Ecommerce and Digital field and familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with launching and managing brands on owned brand ecommerce sites. Amazon and other Ecomplatforms / . Experience with data analytics tools - Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. Must be a Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong technology skills. Beauty experience is a plus.JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESExecutive lead responsible for driving profitable growth across all North American digital channels (.com, Amazon, e-tailers).Responsible for the overall strategy, marketing calendar and promotions strategy for Responsible to oversee the advertising strategy and promotional activities for Amazon US &CanadaResponsible for growth of the specialty ecommerce pureplay partners - nurturing relationships, pitching new launches, activating campaigns, etc.Own B2B growth targets and responsible for nurturing relationships with retail partners & buyers.Work closely with C-Suite to define companyobjectives and digitalstrategy, translating KPIs into profitable companygrowth.Drive consistent brand tone & messaging across all digital vehiclesManage the SEO strategyDefine and make strategic choices between .com& Amazon paid media budgetsDrive the creation of all digital content for web, paid social, influencer marketing, affiliates and emailYou will also collaborate with the Marketing team to help amplify the brand through best in class creative and brand awareness initiatives.You will also work hand in hand with the global team in the UK to support initiatives that drive sales and loyalty.
