This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in education marketing, a passion for storytelling, and a solid understanding of both traditional and digital media.Working closely with school leadership, the Marketing Coordinator will shape a compelling narrative that highlights KLA Academy's unique strengths and deep commitment to student success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase school awareness, enhance its reputation, and drive student enrollment.Manage and maintain the school's website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand and mission.Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, videos, newsletters, and digital content.Plan and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.Collaborate with the enrollment team to support recruitment campaigns and open house events.Strengthen engagement with current families, alumni, and the broader community to generate positive word-of-mouth.Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics; make data-informed recommendations to improve anize and execute promotional events such as open houses, school tours, and community outreach initiatives.Manage and enhance the school's brand presence within the Miami area and the broader educational landscape.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an education-related role.Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and content creation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Finalsite is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for education and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of a school community.Why Join KLA Academy?Be part of a vibrant, mission-driven community that values creativity, innovation, and personal growth.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career petitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
