We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where each team member can thrive and contribute to our collective success.We are growing and for our office in Kennesaw, Atlanta, Georgia we are searching for a dynamic and skilled Brand Manager who will play a key role in shaping and executing our brand strategy across various channels and thereby securing efficient Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will also take on a coordination role as Team Lead, supporting and guiding team efforts in a collaborative, non-supervisory capacity.Your main responsibilitiesBrand Management: Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints by adhering to and enforcing our brand guidelines (CVI). Maintain alignment of the core narrative, brand messaging, tone of voice, and design elements across all marketing materials.Communication Strategy: Develop and execute segmented communication strategies targeting various customer groups. Create tailored value propositions and annual communication plans for each segment.Develop and produce diverse types of content, including website content, blogs, case studies, newsletters, campaigns, brochures, white papers, print advertising, nurturing flows, etc. Ensure all content is aligned with our brand identity and messaging, while also creating compelling materials that engage the target audience.Sales Enablement: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and enhance sales materials and tools, ensuring they align with the brands voice and support sales efforts.Media Relations: Establish relationships with relevant media outlets, negotiating deals for brand coverage.Cooperate with External Vendors, such as photographers, video producers, graphic designers, and customers, ensuring seamless execution of all projects.Team Lead Responsibilities:Coordinate efforts within the marketing team and ensure tasks are distributed effectively, aligning team efforts with overall objectives.Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, offering constructive feedback and promoting professional development.What we offerGreat opportunity to excel, personally and professionally in a fascinating scale-up companyCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to have a significant say in shaping your role and assignmentsA collaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologyA flexible and informal workplace that highly values well-beingWho are you?You are bright, warm, and approachable, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.You have excellent communication and writing skills, with a talent for creating compelling and persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.You have a solid understanding of both on- and offline marketing strategies and know how to tailor your approach to each channel effectively.You take a proactive approach to work, excelling in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.You bring a proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
