Growing Org Chart.A mid-size, high growth Biotech organization is expanding its commercial team and adding a Director of Marketing to lead the commercial marketing function for a line of products in the genetic testing space. They are a leader in the industry with their clinically differentiated diagnostic solutions for the infectious disease and autoimmune space. They now need a marketing professional with strong leadership skills who can bring strategic commercial direction to this evolving organization.The **The Director of Marketing will lead the commercial marketing for a line of clinical diagnostic products used in the autoimmune space. You will own marketing for HCP and patient facing product launches, incl branding, messaging, positioning. You will drive adoption and adherence as you develop the integrated strategic marketing plan. You will develop novel strategies and programs to create awareness, educate health care practitioners and drive adoption for this advanced technology. This Director position will include lifecycle planning, market segmentation, product positioning, messaging, launch execution and sales training. You will also work with Key Opinion Leaders in the autoimmune space to understand clinical trends and communicate VOC requirements with R&D. You will also represent marketing as the subject matter expert and commercial lead on cross-functional teams with colleagues in clinical development, manufacturing, regulatory, finance and sales. This is a broadly defined assignment that will include routine interaction with senior management so opportunity for career growth and development is significant. The successful candidate will have the following **8+ years of overall sales and marketing experience including at least three years in a leadership role in the Medical Technology, Diagnostics, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industriesProven commercial marketing track recordA Bachelor's Degree or better in the Life Sciences; an MBA is preferred.An interest in working with a small, high-growth organization with a fast pace of work and without the large teams of big biotech companiesA highly competitive base salary is provided, along with an annual bonus, a comprehensive corporate benefits package, and an equity program.
