Assistant Event Marketing Manager

Position ***** The Assistant Event Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of event marketers to build brand awareness and generate sales leads throughout their designated local market. Essential Duties and **Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up. Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leads. Assist in distributing event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down. Collaborate with the local Sales Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence within the local market. Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events. Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on established KPIs. Travel within the assigned territory as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or *Previous management position in direct-to-consumer marketing.Experience in home improvement event marketing. Travel *25%-50% domestic travel required.Overtime/Additional Hours *Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).Physical ****Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.Medium work.
