Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our online-offline integrated marketing efforts and drive brand impact across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to connect brand, content, and consumer journey, and who brings a strong grasp of social media strategy (especially TikTok), content marketing, and visual communication.The ideal candidate is not a traditional retail marketer"”but a modern marketer who thinks in campaigns, content formats, and channel synergy, and knows how to turn insights into action. Experience in creative direction or working with design teams is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Brand & Campaign StrategyLead the planning and execution of 360° brand campaigns across social, digital, and offline environments.Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce, and in-store touchpoints.Bridge digital and offline activations to maximize marketing ROI, including events, pop-ups, product launches, and brand collaborations.Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign timelines, product focus, and key messages.Social Media & Content Marketing (Emphasis on TikTok)Build content strategies tailored for TikTok and other high-impact platforms to drive visibility and engagement.Collaborate with creators, influencers, and in-house teams to deliver engaging, on-brand short-form video content.Develop weekly/monthly content calendars and work closely with creative resources to ensure strong storytelling and visual consistency.Track performance metrics and iterate based on insights.Creative Coordination & Visual ExecutionPartner with design teams to develop visual assets for campaigns, including digital graphics, store visuals, and social content.Ensure all creative output reflects the brands tone, style, and quality standards.Be a key stakeholder in shaping how the brand looks and feels across channels.Previous experience in creative project coordination or hands-on design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) is a strong plus.Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze key marketing and sales metrics across digital and offline channels to guide strategy.Manage A/B tests on campaign messaging, content format, or influencer mix.Optimize budgets based on real-time data and channel performance.Qualifications & Requirements3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital campaigns, social media, and integrated brand initiatives.Strong track record of executing cross-channel campaigns that connect digital and physical touchpoints.Familiar with TikTok content formats, creator collaboration models, and short-form storytelling.Experience coordinating creative deliverables, and ability to speak the "language" of design"”even better if hands-on.Proficiency in marketing data analysis tools (Google Analytics, TikTok analytics, etc.).Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver on time.Fluent in English and Chinese.Passionate about branding, aesthetics, and creating meaningful consumer connections.
