Marketing Director

Our client, an agency, is seeking to hire a full time Director of Marketing - Demand Generation! This person will be responsible for leading the marketing department and driving the success of marketing strategies that enhance agency awareness, generate demand, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, campaign management, and demand generation.This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The company works 4 days on site from their Norwood, MA office and 1 day remote.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive demand and engagement.Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and demand generation.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Nice to ***** Experience with campaign strategy and account-based marketing (ABM).
