We're looking to hire a Retention Marketing Manager for a Global E-Commerce Brand. You'll join the Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel strategies. This is a 6 month opportunity. The role is located in Brooklyn, NY, and is hybrid.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement multi-channel strategies across the seller lifecycle (onboarding to growth).Drive tool adoption, highlight seller milestones, and foster shop growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with product and company goals.Use automation, data insights, and testing to enhance seller engagement.Create inspiring and supportive experiences throughout the seller journey.Requirements3+ years in Retention or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in e-commerce or marketplaces.Skilled in multi-channel strategy, experimentation, and marketing automation.Proficient in HTML, CSS, and third-party email tools.Strong analytical skills; comfortable partnering with data teams to optimize campaigns.Experience in segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance analysis.Nice-to-HaveFamiliarity with Braze or similar platforms.SQL skills for audience segmentation and analysis.Experience with milestone-based or celebratory marketing.Knowledge of automation frameworks and frequency/contact strategies.Creative approach to encouraging user retention and behavior shifts.
