The team is responsible for maximizing lifetime value by driving engagement and retention of our existing consumer credit card customers through strategies and marketing programs across key moments in a customers' lifecycle.The individual will support the execution of marketing strategies across owned channels (i.e., email, website, mobile app, etc.) to support customer engagement campaigns. In this role, you will be partnering closely with Product, Digital, Performance Marketing, Campaign Execution, Data & Analytics, and Creative Agency teams.Key Responsibilities: Support creative development for campaignsFlawless marketing execution across email, digital, and mobile channelsManage timelines and deliverables for campaigns to ensure schedules are metPartner across various stakeholders to support initiativesTrack, measure and report on performance of campaignsOther responsibilities as neededRequirements:Bachelors Degree preferred4+ years of marketing experience requiredExpert experience developing and deploying email campaigns requiredProject management experience preferredExperience in financial services a plusThis role is located in New York City (alternate location: Wilmington, DE) with a commitment until Nov. 2025.The ideal candidate would be able to:Be a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving and time management skillsPrioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrentlyCommunicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholdersPromote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer first mindsetThrive in a fast-paced environment and highly adaptable
