Our client, a media and entertainment non-profit in NYC is looking for a CRM Manager, Fundraising and Membership for a temp-to-perm role. The position will play a vital role in supporting the overall strategy of the Development department by enhancing engagement, recruitment, audience development, and the fulfillment of member benefits. This position is responsible for tracking and reporting donations, generating lists, and analyzing progress against goals. As the departmental expert in Dynamics 365, the CRM Manager will ensure the efficient use of the system to drive fundraising and membership success. They will collaborate across departments to craft and schedule membership communications, including digital renewal emails, acknowledgments, and membership cards. Additionally, this role will support all engagement efforts, directly solicit members, contribute to meeting annual revenue goals, manage the fulfillment of member benefits, and build strong relationships with members. This role is fully onsite and requires 5-days/week onsite in Midtown Manhattan.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the use of Dynamics 365 to support fundraising and membership operations.Track, report, and analyze donation and membership data to monitor progress against goals.Generate and maintain donor and membership lists for targeted outreach and engagement.Develop and schedule membership communications, including renewal emails, acknowledgments, and membership cards.Support audience development initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance engagement.Work collaboratively with marketing, development, and other departments to coordinate messaging and campaigns.Oversee the fulfillment of member benefits to ensure a high-quality member experience.Solicit members through direct outreach to drive retention and growth.Assist in setting and achieving annual revenue goals related to membership and fundraising.Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, ensuring best practices for donor and member records.Required Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in development, membership operations, or analytics.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with expertise in Dynamics 365 preferred.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and tracking fundraising or membership metrics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in donor engagement, membership recruitment, or audience development.Ability to build professional relationships with members and donors.Proficiency in email marketing tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
