We are a team of problem solvers united by our belief in creating insight-driven solutions that yield measurable results for our clients.Role DescriptionWe seek a Social Strategist to collaborate with a cross-functional team in developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns for our clients and partners. You will be responsible for driving social media strategy, developing social content, and guiding community management efforts. You will also collaborate closely with our creative, account, and our sibling company, Buds & Pals, to ensure our clients social media initiatives are integrated and optimized for success.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaignsExpertise in social analytics, with a deep understanding of KPIs, tracking, and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex ideas and strategiesStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in developing content calendars and managing communities across multiple social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Experience maintaining paid social advertising bid strategies, execution, and budget managementBachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldStrong understanding of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketingAbility to work independently while maintaining a sense of collaboration and team spiritAbility to work on-site, collecting and creating content for a variety of brands here in Cleveland, OHDesire to go out and make cool shitPassion to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills 1 to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and address challengesBenefits include Complete Health - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401k & PTO.This position is full-time, and the candidate will work in a hybrid model in Cleveland, Ohio.We are committed to make diversity, equity, and inclusion part of everything we do.
