We understand that complex problems are best solved collaboratively, and it was time for a creative consultancy model that could foster those critical connections between people, process, and tools that drive meaningful growth for our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in search campaignsTrack, report, and analyze website and landing environment/Lead Forms and Paid initiatives and campaignsManage SEO Planning, Recommendations, Cost Estimates, and ROI EstimatesOptimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketingPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearch, recommend, and implement search engine optimization campaigns/plansMaintain updated competitive sets/assessmentsDevelop and implement link building strategyWork with development teams (internal and external) to ensure SEO best practices are being followed in newly developed codeWork with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and audiencesKEY REQUIREMENTSProven SEO experienceHave a working knowledge of SEM, PPC campaignsSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionIn-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe, Etc.)Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Kenshoo)Experience creating A/B and multivariate experimentsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc. development and constraintsKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMBENEFITS:Glue-IQ pays 100% of Health plan premium (health, dental, vision)Hybrid working environment (3 days a week of choice in office)401k Profit-Sharing PlanClient-specific benefits and perksOffice is the heart of Coral GablesGlueIQ is strongly committed to hiring a diverse staff, and believes all experiences and perspectives bring value to our clients.
