SummaryProvides dedicated resources and attention to the Club's eCommerce business and website. Assists with Marketing and eCommerce responsibilities.Responsibilities: Assists with the Club's consumer website including mobile app by creating landing pages, managing user accounts, updating content.2. Assists with ebusiness for the Club including customer support, online sales through membership system, internal digital content and requests, digital advertising.3. Assists with the Club's intranet.4. Digital SEM Campaigns: Assist in the creation and management of digital Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.5. Design Social Media Elements: Create engaging and visually appealing content for major social media platforms. This includes graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia elements.6. Works with business line managers, AAA National, third -party vendors, contractors and developers to implement new content, navigation or applications; add/improve website products/features, streamline efficiencies and improve the overall user experience (UX).7. Develops web design parameters and visual standards for the site including brand management compliance.8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media, email, and SEM campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.9. Responds to questions or concerns that come in through the website and/or forwards them for response.10. Integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM systems to ensure seamless customer data management. Leverage CRM data to enhance targeting, personalization, and customer engagement strategies with customer journey mapping.11. Email Campaigns: Develop and design elements for email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various devices.12. Assist as a backup resource to the eCommerce Manager13. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/digital or related field; three to five years' experience in marketing/communications/digital related position; or combination of education and experience to meet requirements of job2. Experience in marketing required; marketing communications, public relations and communications systems. 3. Experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising as well as SEM and SEO4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts to cross-functional teams.5. Experience with Microsoft Windows and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite6. Possess ability to self-initiate actions and ability to analyze, make recommendations and implement solutions/programs.7. Must be a decision-maker and results-oriented.8. Proficiency in relevant analytics, marketing, and CRM tools, demonstrating the ability to extract meaningful insights and optimize strategies accordingly.9. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.10. Ability to work independently or as part of a group11. Strong customer service skills with ability to interface at all levels of the organization.12. Able to travel to AAA Northway locations on short notice in their own vehicle; valid driver's license required.
