As it continues to surpass its current success, Celltrion Healthcare will take a leap forward to become a leading global biopharmaceutical company.About the Role:The Medical Science Liaison is responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive medical and scientific information to support Celltrion USA's portfolio of products.Role is open for below states :(WA, OR, NV, ID, MT)(UT, NM, CO, WY, NE, KS, OK)(ND, SD, MN, IA, MO)(AR, LA, MS, TN, AL)(GA, SC, NC)(NY)(MI, OH, KY)Responsibilities:Possess a thorough understanding of the therapeutic landscape for current and future Celltrion productsDemonstrated proficiency in MSL skillsets including soft skills, strategic HCP conversation, territory management, insight gathering and cross function collaborationDevelop and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant therapeutic areasDeliver clear, accurate and effective clinical and scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholdersLiaise and provide up-to-date medical support to all relevant stakeholders in the region including HCPs, allied health professionals, professional groups to ensure evidence understanding of all Celltrion products as it relates to medical guidelinesProvide scientific support at medical conferencesExecute key medical strategies such as round tables and educational programs to enhance and positively impact patients living with chronic inflammatory diseasesRespond to unsolicited medical information requests using a customized approachContribute to the identification and recommendation of appropriate KOL and participation in Celltrion sponsored clinical trialsUpon request from the investigator, liaise between potential researcher and Celltrion in IITsWork closely with relevant internal stakeholders from Headquarters, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to ensure information dissemination, education and research needs of healthcare professionals are met and to ensure scientific and technical training needs of commercial organization are identified and metProvide medical and scientific input into the planning and execution of Advisory Boards as neededTrain internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic areasMaintain accurate and timely documentation of above activitiesWork with Integrity and Compliance observing all laws, industry standards and company policiesQualifications:Thorough knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical industry legal and regulatory guidelines. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to communicate information clearly, accurately, and effectively using a variety of media, to individuals and groups. Proven efficiency in establishing and maintaining peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative skills. Strong presentation and teaching skills. Ability to communicate clinical and non-clinical technical information. Ability to engage the audience and help them understand and retain information. Ability to learn and comprehend complex clinical and non-clinical technical information. Ability to work independently and in a team structure. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel 50% + varies with territories assigned.Work Experience:Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison. Experience working across a diverse number of therapeutic areas, preferably in biologics and biosimilars. Demonstrated success at navigating and maintaining effectiveness when changes in work tasks or environment occur. Experience in developing relationships and engaging with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals. Ability to compliantly partner with key internal stakeholder teams including Commercial, Sales, and Market Access.
