What You'll DoThe ideal candidate is a bold demand generation marketer with deep experience building programs that generate pipeline and deal flow with B2B SaaS products targeting the middle market. In this role you will utilize your extensive experience in B2B SaaS Marketing to guide the creation, execution, and measurement of a highly effective demand generation program aimed at supporting Jetsons ambitious revenue growth goals. An ideal candidate has extensive experience managing B2B demand generation programs with complex B2B SaaS products, is a data-driven decision marketer, and has excellent people and program management skills with a track record of exceeding targets. You'll report directly to the CEO. Why Youll Love It HereYou'll have the autonomy to challenge norms, think differently, and make bold marketing moves in an emerging industry with significant TAMJoin a culture that encourages risk-taking, learning, and cutting-edge experimentationBe a key driver in shaping the future of the manufacturing industry; making a meaningful impact on their ability to operate and service their customersKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end execution of online and offline demand generation programs that will yield substantial pipeline generation, including paid and organic media, multi-channel campaigns, email campaigns and ABM programsTrack and measure the impact of our programs and use data insights to continuously optimize initiatives for improved resultsWork with internal and external resources to create compelling content and messaging tailored by audience and funnel stageBuild the strategy to properly utilize and extend Jetson's understanding and ability to target our Ideal Customer Profile and key personas using resources available to you such as intent signals, market research, sales feedback and othersWork closely with sales to ensure proper alignment on lead follow-up, opportunity progression, and identify and address any gapsDevelop and oversee management of our prospect database and determine the right strategy for outreach to this database to drive interest via marketing campaignsWhat You Bring5+ years experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline, and revenue growth in SaaS, ideally having scaled through a Series AExtensive experience in creating and executing targeted Marketing campaigns, with demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline and bookings goalsExperience in leveraging multi-channel marketing tactics to drive pipeline, including but not limited to SEM/SEO, Webinars, Content, and eventsExperience managing a B2B website to drive lead conversion and pipelineExperience with Salesforce and Pardot/HubSpot/Marketo.
