Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.The Global Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Global Brand Manager and Global Brand VP in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for Donna Karan fragrances. This role will contribute to the successful launch of innovative products and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to meet growth goals.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Responsibilities:Assist in developing brand plans, including objectives, strategies, and tactics to support growth goals.Help create presentations for global marketing meetings, sales meetings, and seasonal brand events.Monitor beauty industry trends and adjacent categories to identify opportunities for the brand.Support the development of new fragrance and ancillary product concepts aligned with brand strategy.Prepare creative briefs outlining project objectives, competitive landscape, and target audience.Work with Operations and Sales teams to implement marketing plans, including sampling, merchandising, and PR.Track and coordinate pre-production samples for seasonal launches, ensuring on-time delivery.Ensure product comps are ready for photoshoots, retailer needs, and presentations.Assist with tracking the licensor approval process, ensuring documentation and deadlines are met.Coordinate all photo requests and ensure timely delivery of assetsHandle administrative tasks, including managing sample shipments to licensors, processing invoices and quotes, obtaining and documenting approvals, and preparing meeting materials such as copies and printoutsSupport the artwork process from beginning to end (create copy sheets, review copy for approval, route internally to key stakeholders such as Packaging, Regulatory, etc..)Required Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field1+ year of post-graduate, full-time marketing experience, within the Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury industriesRequired Qualifications:Proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelExceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically and creatively, implementing innovative ideas effectivelyStrong team player with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teamsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ownership and initiativeStrong presentation skills, capable of effectively delivering key information to diverse audiences, including leadership and C-suiteWe Offer:An entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityBonus opportunity based on personal and business performancePaid time off policies including vacation, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningInterparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal opportunity employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability or any other basis of discrimination prohibited by applicable local, state or federal law.
