Brand Engagement Manager

We are hiring a Brand Engagement Manager to join a top beauty company in NYC. This freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be based in their NYC office on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities:Promote the couture brands' voices and aesthetics across traditional, digital, and social media channels ensuring all content is on-brand and deployed according to best practicesEmploy integrated communications strategies to build and sustain the designer fragrance brands' images for external audiences in the USManage influencer strategy and campaign executionGenerate content for social media and retail partnersAssist in the planning and execution of events and sponsorships as neededResearch and contact vendors to inquire about services and rates for activationsCreate proposals and recaps for activations and eventsResponsible for day-to-day communication planning and execution, including campaign development, media relations, and event organization and executionBuild and develop relationships across the industry as well as internally with the other departments and global teamsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of PR, influencer marketing and social media content/strategy in the beauty industryBachelor's DegreeProfessional experience executing PR and social media campaignsEstablished network in press, influencers, events, social media and beauty industryKnowledge of fragrance industry and competitor landscape strongly preferredExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent writing, Powerpoint and Excel skillsSelf-starter who is action-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentAbility to work in a team and effectively interact with all departmentsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
