We are ultra-refined, and forever uber young with a GenZ sense of humor.The Role:The Marketing Associate will be responsible for elevating and increasing awareness of leading brands through traditional and disruptive strategies, and acting as the point of contact between the agency's leading and high-profile clients in the beauty and luxury lifestyle space, and the agency's internal creative and strategic teams. The Marketing Associate will solve common industry problems for leading, high-profile and luxury brands, by creating strategy-driven plans, visually rich solutions, clever and emotional storytelling, and strong messaging and positioning. The Marketing Associate must be deeply knowledgeable in brand development, strategic consulting, creative marketing, and visual communication development for our luxury clients, with the continuous goal of elevating our clients brand positioning and perception. The Marketing Associate will support in creating effective communication plans in both traditional and out-of-the-box approaches and will participate in and be hands on with the overall project management of: the elevation of leading and emerging brands, developing strong communication plans, developing and executing story, creating innovative and out-of-the-box digital creative marketing actions/plans, developing campaigns, creating luxury and elevated storytelling & brand stories.Key Responsibilities• Manage marketing efforts across all channels focused on business, consumer, retail, and media• Oversee the creation and development of press and marketing materials for clients, partnerships, product launches, new store openings, etc.• Support in developing story ideas and angles and identify relevant outlets & journalists to communicate• Support in pitching & own the follow-up w/ media with the goal of securing coverage• Support in development& growth of relationships w/ top tier press resulting in increased quality placements & exposure• Seek out & asses speaking opportunities and award submissions• Support in planning & execute press events around openings & product launches• Support in vetting incoming PR inquiries and requests• Create & manage media lists• Support the management of clients' PR calendar• Track & report on coverage• Support influencer relations• Assist and support with Campaign Shoots, and Big Idea Campaign Concepting.• Timely Schedule and manage all social media and email posts for multiple clients; accountable for timeliness and accuracy of post• Research and present brand / event / budget appropriate influencers and brand partners• Monthly / Quarterly reporting • Autonomously manage self timelines, deliverablesMust have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2 - 3 years of relevant experienceStrong writing, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital tools: Above Satisfactory knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (INDD, PSD, AI, XD, AE, Ds, Firefly, etc.) + MS Office (PPTX, EXCEL, Word, etc.) + Industry software/apps (Not limited to: Figma, dall-e, midjourney, kaiber, etc.), klaviyo or other social media schedulers, analytics platformsDetail-oriented, curious, and highly comfortable with working in extremely fast paced work environmentsWhat we're looking for from the heart:We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels.
