Our client is a growing wellness startup looking for an E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee and optimize sales performance across various online platforms, including Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, TikTok Shop, and future e-retail partners (such as , GoPuff, , Whole Foods, etc.).This role will focus on managing projections, sales performance, and promotional strategies to ensure that all marketing and growth efforts align with revenue objectives and SKU performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and uncover new business opportunities.Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, primarily focusing on Amazon.Track SKU performance to identify slow-moving products and top performers.Provide timely recommendations for product highlights, bundling options, and promotional strategies.Guide paid media strategies based on sales trends and product performance.Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, feature key products, and promote hero SKUs.Capitalize on sales opportunities during key moments, such as seasonal transitions and holiday periods.Create and maintain sales projections for each channel, adjusting strategies as necessary.Support inventory planning using insights derived from DTC sales data.Offer sales insights and strategic input for retailer planning (e.g., Amazon, Ulta).Apply DTC insights to emerging platforms and new retail partners.Recommend and implement strategies to expand channels and improve profitability.Identify new opportunities within e-commerce accounts to drive sales and explore untapped growth areas.Experience & Skills:2-3 years of experience managing online retail accounts.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong understanding of platforms like Seller Central and FBA.
