As Supervisor, Programmatic Media, you will be working closely with a team of innovative media professionals across a positive, collaborative, and ever-evolving digital environment. Our commitment to client stewardship is what sets us apart from our competitors and we rely on our team of experts to cross-collaborate with each other to position ourselves as subject matter experts and provide guidance to our clients to help them achieve their business goals.Responsibilities:Develop and oversee of client's programmatic strategy and executionMaintain accountability for the overall health, support, and growth of our programmatic clients - ensuring team operations, deliverables, and financials are commensurate with client expectationsRemain on top of industry updates and facilitate an innovative turnkey approach to client campaignsInterface with all media teams to respond to client needs and deliver solutions in a collaborative fashionUnderstand and effectively communicate our value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as it relates to the growth of current and prospective client accountsLead new business proposals and client pitchesPolished strategy presentation - an understanding of how to present insights and optimization recommendations while considering the marketing challenges the clients maybe facingSteer all client facing responsibilities and needsEmbrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiositiesLead and support the growth of junior team members, identifying technical and career development opportunities, being a sounding board for questions and mentor to share addressable media experiences and applicationsLead regular training sessions (both formal or informal) to present and learn new strategies or platform features that may improve results or drive incremental businessRequirements 4+ years of relative programmatic planning and buying experience in, but not limited to, strategic planning, client management, data analysis, execution, and leadershipExpertise in one or multiple of the following platforms required: The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon, VerizonProficiency working in the following tools required: Moat, IAS, Double Verify, DCM, DFP, FlashtalkingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint requiredHigh proficiency in cross tactic approach, DOOH, CTV/OTT, Display, Native, etc... requiredUnderstanding of broader digital media planning and buying - to ensure integration / coordination with wider media objectives occurProficient knowledge of both the buy and sell side of the programmatic ecosystem, inclusive of DSPs, SSPs, and Publisher Side - Ad ServersProcess oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Time & project management skills are criticalExcellent writing, communication, and organization skills both internally and externally Travel
