ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using a variety of search methodsScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions and position requirementsManage the overall interview, selection and closing processWork directly with Project Manager to meet project staffing goalsSchedule all qualified candidates with appropriate hiring managerStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field5+ years of recruiting experienceConstruction Industry exprience requiredAble to travel to job sites in New York CityAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingExcellent organization and time management skillsWell versed in all recruiting platformsWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsMS Office proficiency Our Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
