Managing Director of Talent at the client will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition and development strategy for the organization. This role will involve overseeing recruitment efforts to attract top talent, as well as implementing professional development programs to support the growth and retention of current staff members. The Managing Director of Talent will work closely with school leaders and administrators to ensure that the organizations workforce is diverse, inclusive, and aligned with the mission and values of the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, talent management, and education, with a passion for supporting the professional growth of educators and staff members. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the talent strategy of a high-performing charter school network that is dedicated to providing a transformative education for students in underserved communities.Key Responsibilities /n- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategy that aligns with the organizations mission and values/n- Lead recruitment efforts to attract diverse and high-quality candidates for teaching, leadership, and administrative positions/n- Design and facilitate professional development programs to support the growth and retention of current staff members/n- Collaborate with school leaders and administrators to ensure that the organizations workforce reflects the diversity of the student population and is inclusive of all backgrounds and perspectives/n- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvementQualifications /n- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred/n- 5+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, or education/n- Strong leadership and communication skills/n- Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing top talent/n- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace/n- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and development in the education sector.
