Overview The Director, Product Management will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and optimization of the Hard Rock website. This role will lead the vision and execution of our online presence, ensuring a user-centric experience that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of eCommerce, CMS, web analytics, and user experience, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities Strategic ***** Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with Hard Rock overall goals and objectives. Define and prioritize website roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Product Development & ***** Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing, to deliver high-quality website experiences. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure website effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. User Experience (UX) & ***** Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance website performance and conversion rates. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all devices and platforms. Digital Marketing & ***** Partner with marketing teams to integrate website strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns. Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility. Team Leadership & ***** Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Effectively communicate website strategies and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Manage budgets and vendor relationships. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2C product management. Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems (CMS). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
