This includes planning and monitoring of execution and troubleshooting as needed. This role ensures functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables for projects are executed on time, on budget, at the highest possible level of quality.The Project Manager/Fulfillment Director is an important member of the team(s), working collaboratively with the corporate relations, programs, scientific activities, IT, and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance targets and to foster a positive work environment.Partners with all relevant departments to foster effective collaboration across program mix, technologies, and promotional channels to deliver on what NKF committed to achieve in the funding proposal in terms of content, reach and outcomes. Creates and manages project workplans, assisting department leads to define project requirements and success metrics, as well as appropriate staff/capacity plans.Collaborates with department leads to evolve project delivery process and tracking tools to enable real-time assessment of progress and ensure accountability for adhering to budgets and timelines. Monitors execution of work on assigned projects, holding all team members accountable to the delivery of their assigned work, Manages and documents work status, ensuring that interdepartmental teams are tracking appropriately to the workplan.Proactively tracks resource needs across projects and alerts resource managers of unfulfilled gaps or capacity.Actively mitigates risk by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developing possible solutions with appropriate input and collaborationIdentifies and documents changes in scope or workplan and alerts appropriate staff if funder follow-up is needed.Creates fulfillment reports that are provided to sponsorsWHAT YOULL POSSESSCompetencies:Accountability-Establishes organizational accountability, driving performance across all levels.Change Leadership-Delivers or leads large-scale organizational change, setting the direction and guiding teams within the organization through transformations.Collaboration-Leads collaborative efforts across the organization, bi-directionally, ensuring that departments work together to achieve strategic objectives. Oversees organizational process optimization, aligning with strategic goals.Team Development-Leads and executes on strategic initiatives for organizational development, ensuring team members have access to development resources.Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to deal effectively with deadlines and time pressures. Ability to work with minimum supervision, to set priorities and to multitask. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management. Ability to think quickly and follow through accordingly. WORKING CONDITIONS, EQUIPMENT USED AND SPECIAL INFORMATIONAbility to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. Available for overnight business travel.
