Commercial Territory LeadJob **As a Commercial Territory Lead, you will lead your territory of individual Commercial Account Managers toward achieving company goals and promoting a positive team culture. You will serve as the primary contact for all team members for commercial-related tasks/issues. Provide team members with their individual expectations, implement reward systems to motivate employee productivity, and communicate with Executive Leadership to determine the best methods for meeting company goals.Tasks and ** Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication municate expectations, goals, and feedback to Commercial Account Managers regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.Monitor team performance and report on metrics to Executive Leadership.Onboard and train new Commercial Account Managers on commercial policies and procedures.Discover training needs and provide coaching to ensure success and retention.Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.Develop strategies that team members can use to better reach their retention goals.Adapt to changing situations and make strategic decisions to ensure overall success and retention.Recognize and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.Support team members professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.Ensure Commercial Account Managers comply with company policies and procedures.Prevent or resolve any potential E&O terview Commercial Account Manager candidates for open vestigate and determine if new markets are necessary for overall success and form and discuss any market, employee, or retention concerns to Executive Leadership and Agency Sales Leaders/Marketing Agency Leaders.Collaborate and meet with Agency Sales Leaders, Marketing Agency Leaders and Territory Sales Leaders for overall commercial success and retention.Meet weekly with Commercial Account Managers to discuss, review, and collaborate on retention expectations and goals.Coach and working with any Commercial Account Manager not meeting 85% retention expectations.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
